Hi! I’m Anu, and I’m passionate about making Indian vegetarian cooking simple and fun for everyone. Originally from Pune, a city close to Mumbai in India, I relocated to Sydney more than 15 years ago. I bring authentic flavours and easy techniques to my hands-on cooking classes in Sydney. My goal is to help you incorporate delicious vegetarian, vegan, gluten free Indian meals at home with confidence!

When I moved to Sydney, I realized many people loved Indian food but found it intimidating to cook at home. That’s why I started my cooking classes—to show that Indian vegetarian cooking is easy, healthy, and fun!
